Hi there, I'm Rui, the founder of Alpha Fit. I'm a woman living in Hong Kong who's passionate about fitness and healthy living. My personal journey with sports and fitness began when I was struggling with depression and felt stuck in my corporate job. I turned to fitness as a way to cope and find a sense of purpose, and it truly transformed not only my body but also my mind.
