We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alpha Fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, tags, and labels attached.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and issue a return authorization number. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Processing a Return
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. We will then process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several additional days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt of your order.
