Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Alpha Fit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@alphafitshop.com.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender address on the shipping label. That is a distribution center and cannot process returns.

Our support team will provide you with the correct return address and specific instructions based on your location.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been opened or used:

Flavor Cores Packs (once the seal is broken).

Alpha Fit Inhalers (if the mouthpiece has been used).

Gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@alphafitshop.com with a photo of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately (sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund). You do not need to return damaged items.
Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: Alpha Fit covers all shipping costs for replacements.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
