At Alpha Fit, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Quality Guarantee (Defects & Issues)
Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged, or functions incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@alphafitshop.com with a photo or video of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.

Note: You generally do not need to return damaged/defective items.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on specific consumable or personal use items if they have been opened or used, including:

Standard fitness hardware (like Grip Strengtheners) is fully returnable unless damaged by user misuse.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@alphafitshop.com.

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender address on the shipping label. That is a distribution center and cannot process returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
