For customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, we ship via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

• What this means: Alpha Fit covers all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf.

• Zero Surprise Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking
Yes, we provide tracking for every order.

• You will receive an email with your tracking information 1-2 days after your order is placed.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

 

Lost or Missing Packages
Alpha Fit is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility and replace your order at no charge.
