A GUIDE ON HOW TO USE THE HIP THRUST BELT

  1. Adjust the belt: Before using the hip thrust belt, adjust it to fit your waist size. The belt should be snug but not too tight, allowing you to move freely during your exercises.
  2. Position the belt: Once you have adjusted the belt, position it around your hips with the padding facing forward. The belt should sit just above your hip bones.
  3. Attach your weights: The hip thrust belt is designed to hold weights securely in place during your exercises. Attach your desired weight plates onto the weight hooks on the sides of the belt.
  4. Secure the weights: Make sure the weights are securely attached to the weight hooks and that they are balanced on both sides of the belt.
  5. Perform your exercises: Once you have secured the weights, you can begin your hip thrust exercises. Position yourself on a bench or on the floor with your back against a wall, and your feet flat on the ground. Place the hip thrust belt around your hips, and begin your hip thrusts.
  6. Remove the belt: Once you have completed your exercises, remove the belt by unfastening the strap and sliding the belt off your hips.
